I had the opportunity to assist one of my aunt's tax clients Renato. Part of my job was to meet with him on a weekly basis to discuss what I would be taking care of for him before we meet the following week.
Mr. Vasconcelos was an entrepreneur. He had many businesses he was running. He had a car shop, traveling Brazilian band, Personal trainer and massage therapist to athletes, He managed and supported 3-4 professional skateboarders from Brazil. Renato wanted me to help him get organized and digitize his paperwork onto a hard drive for keeping and tax purposes. I also made phone calls on his behalf to rectify billing mistakes and make payments for him. I also provided help in booking reservations for hotel stays, rental cars and plane tickets.
